ACOS BOUTIQUE GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE AND EXPERIENCE. RETURN POLICY

All returned items must be back at our warehouse within 15 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our store after 15 business days will be denied. If the returned item is denied, you will need to contact us to pay for it to be shipped back to you.  All returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, the customers are responsible for shipping costs.

ACOS Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Please ensure that the returned item is shipped back in its original form, tags attached and unworn, order number MUST be included in the return. Order number can be written on a piece of paper or on top of the packaging with a sharpie. All returns without the order number will NOT be accepted. All items are inspected after arrival to determine if eligible for store credit.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
Customer must provide tracking information. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your return is LOST and we did not receive tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and you will NOT receive store credit.
We have a 15 day return policy which means we must receive the package back in our facility within 15 days.
All returns that are received after 15 days will NOT be eligible for store credit. Items received after 15 days will be shipped back to the customer.
