CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED! Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed. Order processing is 1-3 business days. Order changes cannot be made. Your order will appear unfulfilled until it ships.

 

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE?

You can only use ONE promotion code per order! We are NOT responsible if the code is not entered at checkout as the code is a gift and payment is processed automatically.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ONLINE STORE CREDIT CODE? 

As soon as your returned items reach our address we ask that you would allow us one week to process your return and issue the online store credit code. Each code is valid only to the customer who purchased the items.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? 

All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment has been cleared. 
We do not ship on weekends. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED MONDAY-FRIDAY.  
Orders placed on Friday after 4pm will be shipped out within 24 hours of the next business day.
